Dayanara began print production as a hobby in 2019. In 2020, he accepted a position with Adidas as a print specialist. There he learned the importance of standardizing processes and how to produce unique, world-changing ideas on a global scale. Within a year, Dayanara began supervising and teaching others to produce high quality prints. Dayanara enjoys working directly with customers and leadership to ensure satisfaction from sample to finished product--and making sure that process is documented and can be efficiently repeated!
Independently, Dayanara has attended 3 conferences and completed 6 courses regarding print production and operations management.
